Valentine Gift Ideas

Hey Readers,

I thought I would share a few Valentine Gift Ideas in case you can't figure out what to get that special someone in your life! I think I kind gesture is always one of the best gifts you can get. Let me give you an example:

One year, my husband (boyfriend at the time) carved "I love u Jenn" in the snow. Then he colored it in with strawberry syrup so it was pink. I actually have pics, just none on the computer. It was so sweet! Ok so if you are not into that let me give you some other ideas.

From wife to Husband:
1. Any kind of those love coupon books that you can find virtually anywhere. If you buy one of these though, make sure you actually plan on doing what it in there hehe.

2. Racy pictures of yourself. Ok don't freak out...not totally nude, just showing a little skin. Places like Glamour shots get you all prettied up and then take some hot photos!

3. Cook him a nice dinner. On V-day, all the restaurants are packed. So just cook him a nice dinner and eat it by candle light to set the mood. It will be way more intimate than a packed restaurant.

4. Any kind of sexual game, you can find these at adult stores or online. Like I said before just make sure you are willing to play it. Don't get his hopes up ladies and then not follow thru!
I Dare You Game

5. Make him boxers. I did this when my husband was in Iraq. Get some plain white boxers and then go to a craft store and get fabric glue and iron on transfers. Then go to town decorating. I assure you, he will love them.

From Husband to Wife:
1. I already gave you the whole carve in the snow idea.

2. You could take the suggestion from above and make your wife (or girlfriend) a candle lit dinner.

3. Jewelry is always a good way to go as well. Men let me tell you something, If you have been with your lady for more than 3 years...you need to think about popping the question. I can guarantee she isn't gonna stick around forever!

4. A sexy nightie. Just make sure it is something she will feel comfortable wearing!

5. Write her a poem, if you are skilled at that. Even if you aren't she will appreciate the effort. My husband wrote me one once and while it wasn't eloquent, it made me smile.

6. You can always go the flowers and candy route, but I challenge you to be more creative. Put a little initiative into the gift!

7. Make her a coupon book of things you will do for her; such as clean the house, do the dishes, take her out to her choice of date, back rub etc.

8. You can also make an appointment for a couple's massage. This is something you can both enjoy together. Some places will even give discounts around V-day.

There are many other thoughtful things you can do for that special someone in your life. If you guys have any more ideas, just post them in the comments!

I appreciate all comments and you should definitely follow my blog, you never know what you may read!

New Look

Good evening Readers,

For any of you who regularly check back, you may notice a difference. I changed a few things on here, mostly the header on my page. Let me know how you like it!

A Little About Bathrooms

Yes Readers, I am actually posting about bathrooms. I have some opinions that need to be known...

First of all, who decided to put the same amount of women's and men's bathrooms in a building? Have you people ever been to a bar? There will be a huge line coming out of the girl's bathroom and no one in the men's. Why you may ask? Well lets look at the facts:

1. Women have to sit down, men don't.
2. Women have to take time to wipe, men don't.
3. Women then wash their hands, probably most men don't. haha!!
4. Women inevitably end up fixing their hair, makeup, etc; most men don't care what they look like!

So I say there should be at least 2 women's bathroom for every man's. I think most women would agree with me. Can I get an Amen sista's?? The boys just go in, whip it out, take care of business and get out. It will never be that simple for women!

My next opinion has to do with occupied stalls. Would it be so hard to make it so when you turn the lock it says occupied?? Well...would it? Instead when you walk in, you do this fun dance of trying to look for feet under all the stalls. Come on ladies...you know you have done this before!

On that note, can we get stalls that actually lock? How many times have you chosen a stall just to go in and discover that it doesn't even lock? I really don't think I am asking to much here. I would love to know your opinions on all of this. If you have anything to add, let me know!

You should definitely bookmark my blog. Check back everyday...you never know what you will find hehe.

Undead and Unwed

Good evening Readers,

I love to read. I will read just about any book I can get my hands on. I wanted to recommend a really good book series. It is written by Mary Janice Davidson and it is the Undead series. I know, I know the whole vampire genre is way past it's prime, but let me tell you that these books are hilarious! I can guarantee that you will laugh out loud....yeah you will actually LOL.

The first book in the series is Undead and Unwed...
The following is from Mary Janice Davidson's website.
Betsy Taylor turns 30, gets laid off, is killed by an SUV and wakes up dead all in the same week. The vampire community is convinced she's their prophesied Queen. But she's not having any of it—she's got shoes to buy! And now the undead world is being turned upside-down by a Bela Lugosi throwback and her subjects expect her to take care of it! Why didn't she read the handbook? But her would-be consort, Eric Sinclair, is (annoyingly) ever-present. If only he wasn't so tall, dark, gorgeous...and undead.

They just go on from there talking about Betsy's undead hilarious life. If you want a good laugh, a few steamy scenes, and an all around good series then check this one out!

After The Weekend...

Dear Readers,

Sorry I didn't post anything this weekend. It was a hectic one! So I previously posted that I was attempting to give up cussing. You can read that here. Well that didn't go over so well this weekend. Once I had a few drinks, the bad words started flying out of my mouth. Why oh Why do I say those things?

Then I had a bad day at work today, so once again I was using swear words. If I am gonna be a mom someday, I gotta stop talking like that! It just helps so much with my anger issues haha.

Oooh, so I had a new shot this weekend. Let me tell you all about it...It tastes like a dreamsicle and it is delicious. You put half whipped cream vodka (you heard me right, whipped cream vodka yummy!)

Then the other half is orange juice. Pour em in a shot glass and drink it down!

So after you make this drink make sure you come back and tell me how you enjoyed it! You should definitely leave a comment or even follow my blog!
