I made this last night. They are cinnamon sugar chips and apples chopped up mixed with cinnamon and sugar.
How to make apple dip:
2 Large Apples
Sugar
Cinnamon
Peel the apples, cut up and mix with cinnamon and sugar (as much or as little as you would like).
I used the Magic Bullet to chop up the apples to make them smaller.
How to make Cinnamon Sugar chips:
Tortilla shells
Melted butter
Cinnamon
Sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brush butter over the tortilla and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture. I did this on both sides, but that is up to you. Place them on a baking sheet and bake for roughly 5 minutes and then flip them over and bake for another 5. This ensures they are crunchy on both sides. You can bake for longer if you would like them crispier. Then eat them with the apple dip for a nice fall treat!!

Life Lesson #5...Really Listen To People
God gave us TWO ears and ONE mouth...
Courage is what it takes to stand up and speak; courage is also what it takes to sit down and listen.
Winston Churchill

This is a lesson that is a lot easier said than done, especially for me. I am a talker. I could probably have a conversation about any topic in this world. I was very good in speech class because I have no problem with speaking. I often forget that I also need to listen to others. I have been working on this more lately, but it is a very hard thing for me to do.
In order to truly listen to others, don't think about what you are going to say next. I think this is the most common error people make. They are so worried about keeping the conversation going that they don't really hear what the other person is saying to them. Just take a moment each day to truly listen to what someone is saying to you and you might just learn something!!
I appreciate all comments and feedback. It would be great if you would follow my blog!! Thanks!

What Goes Around Comes Around
I believe without a doubt, what goes around...comes around. If you dish it out, you better be ready to take it. Perfect example:
I was at the bar this weekend. I was the DD, so I wasn't drinking. My friends and I were all dancing and having a good time and I had to use the restroom, so I left them on the dance floor. (Side note: they should have 3 women's restrooms for every man's restroom. Just putting that idea out there.) Anyway..I was on my way back and I walked by this guy who was 3 sheets to the wind.
So I walk by this guy and he reaches out and grabs me, not just touch but Grab! I don't care if you are drunk or not, there is no excuse for that. So I turned around and got in his face and told him to never do that again (there was a few expletives in there that I won't type). So he let me go and acted shocked (as shocked as a drunk man can get) that I reacted that way. Because clearly any woman in the bar wants to be pawed by every man they walk by.
So here comes the Karma part of the story. He gets up to walk right after that and slipped in someones spilled drink. Well he is drunk so down he goes like a ton of bricks, flat on his back. The best part is that he had a full drink in his hand that he spilled on himself as he was falling.
I may sound like a horrible person, but I pointed and laughed hysterically!! So in conclusion...What goes around comes around! Hahahaha

Craig Morgan
This is me with Craig Morgan!!! It was so awesome that I got to meet him. If you don't listen to country music, you won't care. It was really neat though, he was nice.
I got his signature too!
Like I always say, leave me a comment or even follow my blog. I am new to this so I am open to suggestions too!
